Trinity Estates Ph. III
Trinity Estates Phase III is a new neighborhood taking shape in Benbrook that balances growth with important community improvements. Along with adding thoughtfully designed homes, the project brings upgraded drainage systems that will remove dozens of existing houses from the mapped floodplain — a change reviewed and approved by FEMA, the Cities of Benbrook and Fort Worth, and independent engineering consultants.
More than just new streets and lots, Trinity Estates is part of a long-term plan to strengthen local infrastructure and create a safer, more resilient community. Our goal is to share clear, accurate information so neighbors can follow along as the project moves forward and see exactly how it benefits the area we all call home.
